At Veplen, your satisfaction matters. Please read below to understand what this policy covers and how each case is handled.
- Exchanges: Available for eligible purchases within the world.
- Returns: Accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Exchanges
Eligibility
- Timeframe: Request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and show no signs of wear or tampering.
- Location: Available for purchases made within Peru only.
- Discounted Items: All sale and discounted items are final sale — not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at info@veplen.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once the exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you.
Returns
We do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made on our part.
Eligibility
- The item must present a manufacturing defect or have been sent incorrectly by Veplen.
- The defect or error must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
How to Report a Defect or Error
- Email us at info@veplen.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your case and provide next steps.
Resolution
Once the return is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit for a future purchase.
Return shipping costs in these cases are covered by Veplen.
