Veplen is a fashion brand offering made-to-order and in-stock clothing and accessories. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, regardless of the customer's location.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to currency conversion depending on your payment method.

3. Pre-Orders

Some products are available for pre-order when out of stock. Pre-ordered items require a production period of 10 days before shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this additional lead time. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping

All delivery times are estimates and begin after order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

• Peru: In-stock orders are delivered within 3–4 business days. Pre-orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks. Shipping cost: $5.
• United States: In-stock orders are delivered within 8–12 business days. Pre-orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over $150; $25 for orders below that amount. Any applicable taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
• Europe: In-stock orders are delivered within 8–12 business days. Pre-orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks. Shipping cost: $25 (taxes included).
• Asia: In-stock orders are delivered within 8–12 business days. Pre-orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks. Shipping cost: $40. Any applicable taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
• Rest of the World: In-stock orders are delivered within 8–12 business days. Pre-orders are delivered between 2-3 weeks. Shipping cost: $35. Any applicable taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear or tampering. This policy applies to purchases made within Peru only. All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, email us at info@veplen.com with your order number and reason for the request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns

We do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made on our part. The defect or error must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, accompanied by photos showing the issue. Approved returns will be resolved with a replacement product or store credit. Return shipping in these cases is covered by Veplen.

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Veplen and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Veplen is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
